"WOW, I wish I could give six stars. Was thinking about selling my Land Park home and moving to a new build in the Foothills. As luck would have it, an existing home went up for sale right where I wanted to buy so I had to move fast. To make it even more of a crazy situation, the sellers weren't wild about our contingent offer and only gave us a tiny window to sell our house, or the deal was dead.
